Pilot program · For clinics
Objective return-to-sport testing, built for the clinic.
Choose the tests that fit your patient, capture the movement with 2 iphones, and optionally add data from the tools you already use. MobiPx compares results against published return-to-sport criteria and brings everything together in one clear report.

What MobiPx is
A return-to-sport testing platform that brings advanced biomechanics into everyday practice.
MobiPx makes the type of movement analysis used at the highest levels of sport and biomechanics research practical for clinics. We remove the cost, space, and complexity of a traditional lab.
Better patient outcomes
Make clearer, more objective decisions
Add quantitative movement data to the clinical assessment to better identify deficits, track progress, and inform return-to-sport decisions.
Retention
Keep patients engaged through the full return-to-sport process
Give patients measurable progress and clear milestones that help them understand why continued rehab and follow-up testing matter.
Differentiation
Offer a level of testing most clinics can't
Bring advanced biomechanics into the clinic without the cost and complexity of a traditional lab, creating a more complete and differentiated return-to-sport service.
How a session works
From capture to report in one visit.
Built to fit into a normal clinical schedule. No technician or dedicated lab space required.
-
01 · Set up
Mount the phones
Position two iPhones on the supplied mounts, angled toward the patient from two different views.
-
02 · 15–20 min
Run your selected tests
Guide the patient through the movements you selected. Both phones capture simultaneously.
-
03 · Under 5 min
Review the results
Review movement metrics, limb differences, scoring, and synchronized video together in one place.

Deliver the report
Generate a clinic-branded report that can be shared with the patient, referring provider, or care team.
MobiPx works on its own, but it can also bring the rest of your RTS testing together

Why testing matters
Athletes who return without meeting objective criteria face a higher risk of reinjury.
Time since surgery alone does not determine readiness. The figures below come from prospective cohorts and meta-analyses of ACL reconstruction and are not MobiPx data.
23%
Secondary ACL injury rate in athletes under 25 who returned to sport.
4.1×
Higher graft-rupture risk when all six discharge criteria were not met.
38.2% vs 5.6%
Observed reinjury rates in athletes who failed versus passed return-to-sport criteria.

Limitations
These studies support objective return-to-sport testing but do not validate MobiPx or its specific metrics. Clinical decisions remain with the treating practitioner.
Outcomes
Built for Impact not Novelty.
MobiPx is built to make advanced biomechanics practical for everyday clinical use without stripping away the measurement quality that makes the data meaningful.
-
Research-backed
Metrics grounded in biomechanics and return-to-sport research.
-
Clinically relevant
Focused on measurements that help clinicians understand movement, asymmetry, and progress.
-
Transparent
Clear about what each metric can and cannot tell you.
-
Practical
Advanced assessment designed to fit into a real clinical workflow.
Pilot program
We’re looking for athlete-focused clinics to pilot MobiPx.
We’re partnering with a small number of cash-based clinics that work with athletes through return to sport, especially after ACL injury. We provide everything needed to get started and walk your team through setup, testing, and reporting.
